Welcome to Bilavoristra. These terms govern your access to and use of any services, digital products, or goods provided by Bilavoristra. By accessing or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Bilavoristra offerings, you consent to abide by this policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or products.

2. Description of Offerings

Bilavoristra provides professional consulting and implementation sessions.

Bilavoristra offers digital learning materials and courses.

Bilavoristra sells physical merchandise and resources.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services

All consulting and planning sessions are scheduled in advance and resources are allocated upon booking. As a result, session fees are non-refundable. Clients may request to transfer their session to a different date by submitting a request at least 48 hours before the scheduled time via customer support form. Approval is subject to availability.

3.2 Digital Products

Digital learning materials are eligible for a refund of payment if the request is made within 14 days of purchase and no more than 20 percent of the content has been accessed. To initiate a refund, submit a request using the customer support form. Once approved, the refund payment will be issued within seven business days to the original method of purchase.

3.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of receipt. To initiate this process, contact us via the customer support form. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. After approval, a refund payment will be processed within ten business days, minus any shipping fees. Upon request, a replacement item can be dispatched after the send-back is confirmed.

4. Session Rescheduling

Clients may request to move a scheduled service to a new date by submitting a notice at least 48 hours in advance via the customer support form. Requests are granted based on staff availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bilavoristra provides guidance and educational resources but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Users are responsible for their own use of any information provided.
